Servicing:
It’s still important that you keep your vehicle servicing up to date, Northpoint Fleurieu Dealerships will come to you – if you are self isolating or not comfortable leaving the house, we will come and pick up your vehicle and return once completed.
Test Drives:
We’ll come to you – if you would like to test drive any vehicle we will bring the car to you.
New Car Deliveries:
We can arrange for you new vehicle to be delivered to your home at a time that suits you.
A message to all our Guests, Suppliers and Business Partners
In light of the changing COVID-19 environment, it is important for you to know that Northpoint has implemented significant additional precautions to safeguard the Safety and Well Being of all employees and guests of our Dealerships. Our continued aim is to provide our full range of services to all of our customers, as we recognise that many South Australians rely on their cars, and in turn rely on us.
Our teams continue to service vehicles. We are still taking guests on test drives, and we are still selling and delivering cars.
We are however, doing this with additional precautions and care, and will do all we can to ensure our service to you continues through this time with minimal disruption.
In addition to our usual high standards:
- Personal Hygiene - is of upmost importance
- Hand sanitisers are distributed through the Dealership regularly
- Technicians wear fresh gloves while road testing
- Salespeople disinfect steering wheels and gear sticks prior to test drive
- Our teams are conscious of touching people and surfaces
- We encourage everyone to wash hands regularly
- We have cancelled or postponed all non-critical activities, to allow us to have 100% focus on successful operations in this changing environment
- All recommendations from State and Federal Health and Governments are being adhered to or surpassed, including self-isolation where required
Now more than ever you may find a greater reliance on your own transport, and it’s important to ensure your vehicle continues to be maintained.
Please continue to have confidence to honour your service bookings, continue to take test drives and be confident to come in and enjoy the delight and celebrations of picking up your new or used car.
